I saw that there were shrimps on the grocery store, and I felt that the baby hadn’t eaten shrimp for a long time, so I bought some back. I wanted to eat it the next day, but it was hot and I was afraid that it would break, so I ate it on the first day. Come on, it happened that I was going to eat eggplant at home, and I fried it with eggplant. The eggplant and shrimp are delicious.

Fried Eggplant with Shrimp

1. Eggplant peeled and sliced

2. Shrimp peel off the shell, wash and add a little cooking wine

3. Heat oil in a pot and sauté ginger and garlic

4. Pour the shrimp and stir fry

5. Stir-fry until the shrimps turn red and bend, pour some light soy sauce and serve.

6. Pour the eggplant into the pot and stir fry

7. Add the right amount of bibimbap

8. Add a little water and simmer

9. Add some salt to taste

10. When the eggplant is soft and rotten, pour the fried shrimp back into the pot

11. Add a little chicken essence to the pot

12. Add a little oyster sauce and stir evenly

Tips:

It's better to make eggplant with some sauce.
