Fried Fish Nuggets

Sea fish scraped off the scales and viscera

Cut into chunks
3.
Sprinkle some salt for two hours
4.
Add some soy sauce and stir evenly
5.
Put the oil in the pan when the pan is hot, put the fish so that it will not stick to the pan
6.
Turn it over and fry it with a little bit of water
7.
Cover the pot, the water is gone and the fish is cooked
Tips:
Fry the fish on a low fire and spray water to make the fish softer
