Fried Fungus with Onion

Wash the onion and slice it.

Water-fat fungus tears large pieces into small pieces.

Shred the green pepper, shred the ginger, and cut the dried pepper into sections.

Add oil in a hot pan, add dried chili, pepper, and stir-fry with ginger after the oil is hot.

Add onions and stir fry.

Put the fungus and stir fry.

Add chili and stir fry.

Put light soy sauce, salt, turn off the onion and turn off the heat when the onion becomes soft. Put the vinegar along the side of the pot and mix well.
9.
Serve on the table.
Tips:
Stir-fry on high heat for two minutes, the onion will not be crisp after it is fried
