Fried Fungus with Soybean Sprouts

Wash soybean sprouts.
2.
Wash the black fungus with soaking hair.
3.
Garlic slices, dried red pepper, star anise, and Chinese pepper sauté until fragrant.
4.
Soybean sprouts are put into the stir-fry and become mature.
5.
Put the fungus in and stir fry for a minute or two.
6.
Add green and red peppers, salt and light soy sauce.
7.
Stir well and turn off the heat and serve.
