Fried Garlic Sprouts with Zucchini

Peel and wash the zucchini, cut in half, wash and drain the garlic sprouts

Cut the zucchini into thin slices and put them in a dish

Cut the garlic sprouts into several sections for later use

Heat cooking oil in a pot, pour in garlic sprouts, stir fry until fragrant

Put the sliced zucchini and stir fry constantly

Stir fry slices of zucchini on high heat until soft and discolored, add appropriate amount of salt

Add appropriate amount of soy sauce to enhance the flavor, ready to be out of the pot
8.
Turn off the heat and fill the disc
