Fried Gluten with Chili

Online shopping of gluten.

Take 200 grams of gluten.

Add it to the water (add some salt to the water in advance to melt), and stir while adding the powder.

The gluten will form clumps when it meets water. If there is too much water, just throw it away.

Grab the dough into the gluten for a while and add yeast.

Knead and press repeatedly, knead the yeast evenly, and leave it in a warm place to ferment.

The fermented gluten dough will become soft, delicate and tough, put it in a steamer, and steam for about 15 minutes after the fire is aired.
