Fried Gluten with Double Pepper

Ingredients: Green and red pepper oil, gluten, vegetable oil, salt chicken essence, fresh oyster sauce and parsley

Tips:
For home-cooked dishes that take less than ten minutes, do not stir-fry the oyster sauce for a long time. Generally, it is advisable to add oyster sauce immediately before or after the dish is out of the pan. If it is not heated for seasoning, the taste will be inferior. Especially when simmering dishes, it is advisable to use medium and slow heat.
