Fried Gluten with Light Pepper and Black Fungus

Ingredients: gluten (torn open and soak in boiling water), black fungus (soaked and cleaned), light pepper (to remove the stems and seeds, clean and cut).

Heat the oil in the saucepan, add the gluten and black fungus, stir fry, and add some soy sauce.
