Fried Gluten with Onion Leaves

Ingredients: Gluten

Onion leaves

Tear the gluten apart and soak it in boiling water, set aside.

Cut off the onion, take the onion leaves, wash and remove.

Cut on the chopping board and set aside.

Pour the oil in the pan to heat, add the soaked gluten and stir fry.

Then, add some water and soy sauce and stir fry.

Then, add the sliced onion leaves and stir fry until they are broken.

Finally, add some salt and sugar.

Stir-fry well and serve.
