Fried Gluten with Red Pepper

1. Wash the gluten and tear it into strips.

2. Wash the red pepper, remove the seeds and cut into strips.

3. Dice garlic.

4. Heat oil in a pot, add garlic granules and stir fragrant.

5. Add red pepper and fry a few times.

6. Add gluten and stir fry.
