Fried Gluten with Xiuzhen Mushroom

Ingredients: gluten (removed), Xiuzhen mushroom (cleaned).

Boil the torn gluten in a pot of water.

Then, combine the washed Xiuzhen mushrooms, blanch them, and remove them.

Pour oil in a saucepan to heat, stir fry the blanched gluten and Xiuzhen mushrooms.

Then, add an appropriate amount of soy sauce.
6.
Add the right amount of sugar.
7.
Add the right amount of salt.
8.
Stir-fry well and serve.
