Fried Glutinous Rice Cakes

Pour the glutinous rice flour into a basin, add water in portions, and knead into a glutinous rice flour dough.

Tips:
The glutinous rice dough is slightly harder, and the balls are slightly harder and have a better taste. If they are too soft, the balls will be soft after being fried. Pickled mustard tuber is relatively salty, so be sure to wash it repeatedly to remove the saltiness inside.
