Fried Ham with Colorful Ham

Corn peeled, ham cut into small pieces, dried shiitake mushrooms soaked into shreds, carrots cut into small pieces, cucumber slices, garlic minced, lemon fried juice (if you don’t like lemons, don’t add lemon juice)

Pour oil in a hot pan, add minced garlic, shredded dried shiitake mushrooms, and ham until fragrant;

Then add corn and carrot diced and stir fry;
4.
Add cucumber slices, salt, and stir fry;
5.
Add a spoonful of soy sauce and lemon juice, stir fry, collect the juice, and it's ready.
Tips:
1. Don't add lemon juice if you don't like sour;
2. Be sure to saute minced garlic, shredded dried shiitake mushrooms, and ham before putting other ingredients.
