Fried Horseshoe Bamboo Shoots with Snow Peas

Peel the horseshoe bamboo shoots and wash the snow peas.

Cut the horseshoe bamboo shoots into slices lengthwise and change the knife.

Cut snow peas into diagonal slices.
4.
Bring an appropriate amount of water to a boil, and boil the snow peas.

If the water is more than snow peas, so will the bamboo shoots.
