Fried Instant Noodles

Prepare instant noodles, shredded ham, shredded cabbage, and shredded onion;

Put water in the pot, add salt and white vinegar to the water before cooking the instant noodles.

When the water seems to be boiling but not boiling, put the instant noodles in a pot at a water temperature of about 85 degrees, boil on a high heat, open the pot once, the instant noodles disperse and quickly turn off the fire.

Take the noodles out and put them in ice water to make ice,

Heat oil in a pan, add ginger, onion and garlic slices and sauté until fragrant. Add the sliced ham and onion and fry until fragrant.
