Wash all the main ingredients, cut the bacon and kelp into strips, remove the seeds and cut the green pepper and red pepper into strips, and peel the garlic cloves.

Pour the oil into the wok and heat it to 60% heat, then put the bacon strips in the wok and spread them out.

Stir-frying and frying constantly. My family doesn't eat fatty bacon, so we fry slowly on low heat to fry out all the oil in the fatty bacon.

If there is more oil for frying, you can fill a part of it, add kelp, chili and garlic cloves and stir fry.
