Fried Kelp with Scallop Meat

Ingredients: dried kelp (soaked, washed and cut open), scallop meat (washed), garlic (smashed)

Lower the kelp into a pot of clean water, blanch it, and remove it.

Pour oil in a saucepan to heat, add garlic and stir fry.

Then, add the scallop meat and add the right amount of cooking wine.

Stir fry.

Then, add the blanched kelp and stir fry.
7.
Finally, add the right amount of salt.
8.
Add the right amount of soy sauce.
9.
Stir-fry well and serve.
