The fancy lasagna made by yourself at home, plus a few readily available vegetables, a plate of beautiful and flavorful spaghetti sauce fried lasagna is ready! Compared with traditional pasta, noodles made of common wheat flour are more moisturizing and easy to digest

Fried Lasagna with Italian Sauce

1. Cut the wide noodles extruded by the noodle machine into the same length

2. After the water in the pot is boiled, add the noodles and cook

3. After the cold water, drain the water and set aside

4. Vegetables for fried noodles are ready, cleaned and set aside

5. Disperse the pork filling and set aside

6. Pleurotus eryngii cut into thin strips

7. Carrots cut into thin strips

8. Onion cut into thin strips

9. Cut green garlic into inch pieces

10. Italian tomato sauce is ready

11. Put butter in the pot and melt it on low heat

12. Put the carrots and stir fry for a while, so that the carrots are fully covered with grease, pull the carrots aside, then put the pork fillings in and stir fry together until the meats are cooked

13. Add eryngii mushrooms and stir fry until soft

14. Add the shredded onion and stir fry for a minute

Tips:

Stir-fried with butter and added with tomato sauce and basil, so the flavour of this fried lasagna will have the taste of pasta. If you only use ordinary vegetable oil without adding Italian sauce and basil, it will be Chinese style fried noodles, and the vegetables inside can be adjusted at will!
