Fried Lentils

Lentils tear off the stems on both sides.

Pat the green pepper with a knife and cut into sections.

Cut the lean meat into slices.
4.
Put salt, cooking wine, soy sauce in the meat, and grab well.
5.
Pour oil in the pot, add garlic and tempeh and saute until fragrant.
6.
Pour the green peppers and lentils.
7.
Add salt and white vinegar, fry until the lentils are ripe, pour in the meat slices.
8.
Finally, pour in the steamed fish soy sauce and stir-fry evenly out of the pan over high heat.
