Fried Lentils with Chili

1. Remove the old stems of the lentils and fold them in half.

2. Wash the lentils.

3. Wash and slice green peppers.

4. Heat oil in a pot, add green pepper and minced garlic and stir fragrant.

5. Add the lentils and stir fry until the color changes.

6. Add soy sauce and stir fry for a while.

7. Pour a small bowl of water along the side of the pot and cook for two minutes.

8. Season with salt.

9. Add chicken essence and stir fry evenly, turn off the heat.

10. Finished product.
