Fried Loofah with Sliced Pork

Prepare the ingredients: loofah, pork, green onion and ginger, colored pepper, starch, light soy sauce, salt, and nine-three peanut oil.

Wash the loofah, scrape off the skin and cut into thick slices, wash and cut colored peppers, chop green onion and ginger, and slice pork for later use.

The pork slices are mashed with 5ml light soy sauce and starch.

Heat up a wok and add nine-three peanut oil. After the oil is hot, add pork slices and stir fry.

After the pork changes color, add the chopped green onion and ginger until fragrant.

Then add the loofah slices and stir fry.

When the loofah slices become soft, add the colored pepper and stir fry.

Add 2 grams of salt

Add 10ml light soy sauce

Stir evenly to get out of the pot.
Tips:
The loofah does not need to be fried for a long time, otherwise it will easily come out of soup.
