Fried Lotus Root Cake

Peel the lotus root, wash and wipe it into filaments, beat the eggs, and cut the sausage for later use.

Add flour and mix all seasonings evenly.

Put the oil in the pan to preheat for two minutes.

Put the batter into a round shape and fry it on both sides until golden brown.
Tips:
Fry slowly over low heat. Don't add too much flour to the batter, just hang some. The flour is suitable for the lotus root.
