Fried Lotus Root Sliced Pork

Lotus root peeled and sliced

Pork slices

Green peppers, seeds and pedicles removed and sliced

Heat oil in a pan, add the meat slices and stir fry

After the meat slices change color, add lotus root slices and stir fry

After adding ginger and stir-fry, set aside the vegetables, add in Pixian bean paste and stir-fry to make red oil

Add chopped green onion, garlic and green pepper, add light soy sauce and a little salt to season and stir evenly.
