Fried Lotus Root Sliced Pork

1. Lotus root peeled and sliced

2. Pork slices

3. Green peppers, seeds and pedicles removed and sliced

4. Heat oil in a pan, add the meat slices and stir fry

5. After the meat slices change color, add lotus root slices and stir fry

6. After adding ginger and stir-fry, set aside the vegetables, add in Pixian bean paste and stir-fry to make red oil

7. Add chopped green onion, garlic and green pepper, add light soy sauce and a little salt to season and stir evenly.
