Fried Mashed Potatoes with Salted Egg Yolk

1. 3 peeled and sliced potatoes and steamed (about ten minutes)

2. Mash the steamed potatoes into a puree

3. Prepare 2 salted egg yolks and a small amount of chives

4. Stir-fry the egg yolk first to foam, add a little cooking wine to remove the fishy egg

5. Then add chives and mashed potatoes, add 1 teaspoon of salt (don't add too much, the egg yolk itself has a salty taste) and stir fry together to taste, and finally add some MSG to the pot.
