Fried Meat with Pepper Sauce

Main ingredients: pork, pepper sauce.

Wash the pork and slice it.

Put the meat slices on the plate and add pepper sauce.

Add a little light soy sauce, stir evenly, and marinate for 30 minutes.

Put a little oil in the frying pan and fry the marinated meat.

Flip and fry until cooked.

Tips:
1. There is no need to add salt when pickling. Because the pepper sauce is a bit sticky, add a little light soy sauce to mix it up.
2. It can be fried with beef.
