Fried Meatballs

Rinse the pork well and cut into pieces.

Peel the carrots and lotus roots, wash the mushrooms, and cut into pieces with a knife.

Put the cut meat into the meat grinder.

Cover the bowl cover, install the host, and press the II key to start the meat grinder to mince.

The mincing time is about 40 seconds, which can be adjusted according to your needs.

Put the cut carrots, shiitake mushrooms and lotus root into the ground meat bowl, and hold down the II button for about 10 seconds.

Put the minced meat and vegetables into a large bowl, then add the minced ginger and chopped green onion.

Add starch and eggs, white pepper, salt and pepper powder.

Use chopsticks to always stir in one direction until you reach the highest strength.

Put on gloves and squeeze out the meatballs from the mouth of the tiger.

Take the squeezed out meatballs out of the pot with a spoon.

Pour edible oil into the pot in advance and heat it to 60% to 70% heat. Take out the meatballs from the spoon and fry them in the oil pot. Fry them over medium and low heat until the meatballs slowly rise and the surface color is golden.
Tips:
To judge whether the oil temperature is feasible, throw a small piece of chopped carrots into the pot. The air-dense bubbles and quickly rise, indicating that the oil temperature is OK.
