I ate it once in a Hunan restaurant, and it tastes good. It is very good for dinner, but the meat is too little, so I have to wear glasses to look through it. It’s better to do it yourself, with more meat and more spices. It tastes better than the ones in the restaurant and takes less time. It is very suitable for fast-paced life steps. "

Fried Minced Pork with Sauerkraut

1. Wash and mince sauerkraut.

2. Add salt, light soy sauce, cornstarch to the minced meat and mix well (don’t stir clockwise like minced meat, it’s described as a dough)

3. Chop green and red peppers, ginger garlic, and shiitake mushroom stalks.

4. When the pan is boiled dry, pour in cooking oil, stir-fry the minced meat when it is slightly smoking, and shovel it for later use.

5. Leave the bottom oil in the pot, add the ginger, garlic and shiitake mushroom stalk to fragrant.

6. Pour sauerkraut and stir fry.

7. Put the minced meat and green and red peppers upside down and stir-fry, add light soy sauce and oyster sauce when the green and red peppers are dead.

Tips:

Salt should be added when marinating minced meat. Add a little cooking oil to marinate to make the meat tender and smooth.
