Fried Mushrooms

Ingredients: Eggs. Cumin powder. Flour. Starch. White pepper powder. Oil. Salt. Huadiao. No photo taken.

Starch. Flour. Eggs into a bowl. Pour a little Huadiao wine (can remove the smell of eggs). A little thirteen incense. White pepper. Oil. A little water and stir to make a slightly thicker batter.

Wash the fresh mushrooms in dry water. Sprinkle with salt, thirteen incense, white pepper and mix well.

Heat up the frying pan. (Drip some batter into the frying pan and immediately raise the oil temperature.) Put the mushrooms covered in the batter and fry them until the color turns yellow.

Continue to heat the oil. Pour in the mushrooms that have been deep-fried once and re-fry for 1 minute. The color is golden yellow and quickly remove. Sprinkle with cumin powder and mix well. (If you don’t like the taste of cumin, don’t let it go. Re-fry it once and taste more crispy).
