Fried Mushrooms with Hot Pepper

Main and auxiliary materials: hot pepper, fresh mushrooms.

Wash the fresh mushrooms, tear off the strips, and blanch them.

Wash and cut sharp peppers.

Heat oil, sauté the chopped green onions, add fresh mushrooms and stir fry.

Add sharp peppers.

Add some light soy sauce.
7.
Season with salt.

Turn the heat on, stir and fry evenly, then turn off the heat.
9.
Put it out of the pot and serve on the table.
Tips:
1. There is no strict requirement on the ratio of fresh mushrooms and sharp peppers, just match them as you like.
2. It is not necessary to put light soy sauce, or use oyster sauce.
