Fried Mushrooms with Snow Peas

Main ingredients: snow peas, round mushrooms. Accessories: vegetable oil, salt, red pepper, ginger, chicken essence, first soy sauce, water starch

Remove the tendons and tails of snow peas and wash, add a few drops of vegetable oil to boiling water and blanch for 2 minutes to scoop up, then cool with cold water to remove and drain the water.

Tips:
Add a few drops of vegetable oil when blanching snow peas. The color is green. Too cold water prevents discoloration and ageing. The round mushrooms are soaked in light salt water to wash away impurities.
