Fried Mustard and Egg with Beans

Remove the heads and tails of the beans and wash them.

Cut into small pieces.
3.
Wonton leftover meat filling.
4.
A pack of mustard.
5.
Mince garlic.
6.
Fry the egg to solidify, stir up while frying.
7.
Put oil in the pan to fry the minced meat.
8.
Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
9.
Add the beans and mustard and stir-fry.
10.
Add oyster sauce, salt, sugar and a small amount of water, stir well, cover and cook.

Cook until the beans are cooked through.
12.
Add eggs and stir-fry well.
13.
Put some microwave fried peanuts when eating. (Nothing can be omitted.)
14.
Serve with salty fragrant rice.
