Fried Mustard Tenderloin with Peanuts

1. Ingredients: peanuts (cooked), tenderloin (washed), shredded mustard.

2. Put the cleaned tenderloin on the cutting board and cut it.

3. Put it in the fresh-keeping box and add proper amount of cooking wine.

4. Add an appropriate amount of blending oil.

5. Add the right amount of starch.

6. Add the right amount of salt.

7. Season to mix well.

8. Pour the oil in the pan to heat, add the mixed tenderloin and stir fry.

9. Then, add the cooked peanuts and mustard shreds and stir fry.

10. Then, add an appropriate amount of salt.

11. Add the right amount of MSG.

12. Stir-fry well and serve.
