Fried Mustard with Beans

Ingredients: with beans (picked and washed), mustard (washed)

Put the cleaned mustard greens on the chopping board and cut into shreds, set aside.

Put the picked and washed beans into a pot of clean water, blanch until cooked, remove.

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the blanched beans and sliced mustard greens, stir fry.

Then, add an appropriate amount of salt.
