Fried Noodles

Dice the meat.

Mince the green onion, ginger and garlic and set aside.

Pour the dark soy sauce and sweet noodle sauce into a large bowl.

Then add an appropriate amount of water and mix thoroughly with chopsticks.

When the oil in the pot is half hot, add the peppercorns and fry them until fragrant, and then remove the peppercorns.

Put the diced meat in the pan and fry out the oil.

Add green onion, ginger, garlic and stir fry for half a minute.

Then pour in the well-mixed sauce.

When the sauce is boiled, turn off the heat and stir in the same direction with a spatula to prevent it from sticking to the pan; simmer for about 20 minutes.

Boil water in the pot, put a little salt in the pot after the water is boiled, and add the noodles.
