Fried Noodles

Prepare wet noodles, mince pork belly, shred cucumber, mince green onion, ginger and garlic,

Pour the cold oil into the minced meat in a hot pan, stir-fry until the surface is golden brown, and spit the oil.

One spoonful of light soy sauce, one spoonful of dark soy sauce, one spoonful of salt, an appropriate amount of five-spice powder, and two spoonfuls of sweet noodle sauce. Stir-fry evenly.

Add appropriate amount of hot water, cover the pot after the water is boiled, and boil on low heat for 10 minutes, stirring constantly on high heat to collect the juice.

After the noodles are cooked, add a spoonful of fried sauce and cucumber shreds.
