Fried Noodles

Prepare the ingredients, cut into small pieces, and separate the fat and lean meat.

Heat oil, add ginger, garlic and pepper, sauté until fragrant, then remove them.

Add fat oil first, fry the oil.

Add lean meat and fry until cooked.

Add sweet noodle paste, soybean paste and cooking wine sauce (sweet noodle paste and soybean paste 1:1). Add some hot water and salt and simmer for a while.

Tips:
Take out the ginger, garlic and peppercorns, which will not affect the taste when you eat them.
