In summer, there are cold noodles with crispy vegetables and thick sauces, colorful vegetables and savory fried sauces. In the hot summer, your appetite can be greatly increased by the fried noodles!

Fried Noodles

1. Prepare ingredients, dice pork, mix bean paste and sweet noodle paste

2. When the oil in the wok is hot, sauté the diced green onions, add the sauce, and stir well

3. Add the diced pork, stir-fry, add cooking wine and water, and stir-fry until thick

4. Make noodles: Use 500 grams of all-purpose flour, 5 eggs, and 2 grams of salt to knead into a dough, wrap it in plastic wrap, and let it rest for 20 minutes.

Then divide the dough into pieces, press the dough repeatedly with a noodle press to a smooth shape, press the noodles to the thickness you need, and finally press the noodles with a noodle press to make noodles in the shape you like

5. Peel the carrots, shred the cucumbers, boil the water and blanch the bean sprouts

6. After the noodles are cooked, soak them in ice water, remove the water and place them in a bowl

7. Put the carrot, cucumber and bean sprouts on top of the noodles and add the fried sauce.

Tips:

1. If you don’t have a noodle pressing machine, you can make noodles by hand, or you can choose to buy noodles directly.
2. Vegetables can be replaced according to personal taste.
