Fried Noodles with Bacon
1.
Prepare materials.
2.
Cut bacon into strips, and cut carrots, green peppers, and onions into shreds.
3.
Fresh noodles can be oiled or blanched. At home for health, I usually boil it in a pot under the water, and then take it out, over-cold river, and reserve. Over-cold water is to prevent sticking.
4.
Heat the pan with cool oil, add the bacon and stir-fry to get a little oil and discoloration.
5.
Add onions and stir fry for a fragrant flavor.
6.
Add the carrots and stir fry until the carrots are soft.
7.
Then add bean sprouts and green pepper, stir fry evenly, add a little light soy sauce to mix.
8.
Finally, add the noodles and stir-fry evenly, add appropriate amount of salt and chicken essence to taste, and fry for a minute or two to ripen before being out of the pan.
9.
It's on the table, the fragrance is tangy, and the color is gorgeous. Try it, it looks good and delicious.
Tips:
The order of putting the vegetables into the pot is according to the size of the fire, the ones that are not easy to ripen first, the ones that are easy to fry are put in the end.
