Fried Noodles with Beans

Pick the beans, break the small sections with your hands, and wash and dry the water

Heat oil in a pan, add a proper amount of lard, add green onion, ginger, garlic, star anise, and fry until fragrant
3.
Add the beans and stir-fry evenly, add appropriate amount of water, cook until the beans are soft and rotten, add light soy sauce, and season with appropriate amount of salt
4.
Add the cooked noodles, stir-fry evenly, and then get out of the pot
Tips:
The salt is a little bit more than normal stir-fry
