Fried Noodles with Cowpeas and Braised Pork
1.
Main ingredients: steamed noodles, cowpeas, braised pork,
2.
Cut the cowpea into small pieces, slice the stewed meat into thin slices, and cut some chopped green onion for later use
3.
Put a little cooking oil in the pan, add the cowpea and stir fry
4.
Stir-fry the water vapor in the cowpea to evaporate and change its color. Pull the cowpea aside, add the chopped green onion and braised pork
5.
Stir-fry on low heat until the stewed pork is fat and transparent, spit in oil, add 3 teaspoons of light soy sauce and 1 teaspoon of dark soy sauce
6.
Put in a little salt (if you think the saltiness of the light soy sauce is enough, you can leave the salt)
7.
Stir-fry evenly
8.
Spread the steamed noodles on the cowpeas and braised pork, and pour half a bowl of water along the side of the pot. Cover and simmer for five or six minutes.
9.
Simmer until the soup is almost dry in the pot, open the lid and mix the fried noodles well.
10.
The finished product!
Tips:
I use steamed noodles. If you can't buy steamed noodles, you can cook them with dried noodles or noodles.
