Fried Noodles with Mung Bean Sprouts

Put the wet noodles (available in supermarkets) on the steamer, and steam for 5 minutes after the water boils.

Spend a while in cold water.

Wash mung bean sprouts, shred pork, cut red pepper into sections, onion, and ginger into pieces for later use.

Put pepper oil and peanut oil in the pot, add chili, green onion and ginger and stir fry until fragrant.

Put the shredded pork and stir fry, then add the soy sauce and stir fry.

Add mung bean sprouts and continue to stir fry, then add salt, chicken bouillon, and add a teaspoon of water.

Put in the noodles.

Stir fry, cover for 2 minutes to taste, turn off the heat, and remove.

Delicious fried noodles.
Tips:
The steamed noodles are not sticky and delicious after being fried, but they will not have this effect when they are boiled.
