Fried Noodles with Rutabaga

Main and auxiliary ingredients: rutabaga, soaked vermicelli

Wash the rutabaga and shred it.

Heat oil, add chopped green onion and saute until fragrant. Add shredded rutabaga and stir fry.

Stir fry until shredded rutabagas collapsed, add light soy sauce.

Then put in the soaked vermicelli.

Add appropriate amount of water and salt to taste.

Bake for about 2-3 minutes, until the vermicelli is cooked through, add MSG to make it fresh, and then turn off the heat.

Put it out of the pot and serve on the table.
Tips:
1. Soak the vermicelli in advance until soft.
2. Put a little light soy sauce on one for seasoning and two for toning.
