Fried Noodles with Rutabaga

1. Main and auxiliary ingredients: rutabaga, soaked vermicelli

2. Wash the rutabaga and shred it.

3. Heat oil, add chopped green onion and saute until fragrant. Add shredded rutabaga and stir fry.

4. Stir fry until shredded rutabagas collapsed, add light soy sauce.
