There are vegetables, meat, eggs, and noodles. It's easy and quick to get it all in one go. If you don't want to cook, I like to make fried noodles.

Fried Noodles with Shiitake and Pork

1. Wash the vegetables

2. Sliced shiitake mushrooms, diced tomatoes, shredded peppers

3. Cut garlic into small cubes, chive into small pieces, and coriander into small pieces

4. Put a little water in the eggs and beat them evenly

5. Add a little starch and light soy sauce to the shredded pork, mix well

6. Put a little oil in the pot

7. Heat the oil and pour in the beaten eggs, the eggs are easy to remove and set aside

8. If there is less oil in the bottom of the pan, add more oil, add garlic and chili and stir fry

9. Add shredded pork, shiitake mushrooms, tomatoes and fry until cooked

10. Put the cold noodles in a pot, add salt, light soy sauce, and sugar to stir fry a few times. When starting the pot, put a little sesame oil and sprinkle with chopped green onion and coriander. Finally, I forgot to take pictures of this one.

11. You're done
