Fried Noodles with Shredded Pork and Cabbage

Wash the cabbage and cut into wide strips.

Cut the lean meat into thin strips and marinate with a little soy sauce.

The vermicelli is soaked in water for one hour, and then boiled in boiling water.

Cut garlic cloves (or mince) shallots, and shred dried red peppers.
