Fried Octopus with Snow Peas

Cut off both ends of snow peas and wash them for later use.

The octopus is slaughtered and cut into sections.
3.
Heat oil in a pot and sauté ginger and garlic.
4.
Pour the octopus into the pot and stir fry.
5.
Add a little cooking wine.
6.
Drizzle a little light soy sauce.
7.
Put the fried octopus out and set aside.

Heat the oil in the pan to saute the garlic again, pour the snow peas and stir fry.
9.
Snow peas become soft and add some salt.
10.
Add a little parsley and stir fry.
11.
Pour the fried octopus back into the pot and continue to fry.
12.
Stir-fry evenly and add a little chicken essence to stir evenly.
Tips:
Stir-fry the octopus in the pan first and then stir-fry the greens, otherwise the octopus will not be cooked easily.
