Fried Pepper with Egg

Main and auxiliary materials: eggs, hot peppers

Wash the hot peppers and cut into pieces.

Beat the eggs into egg liquid, drop a few drops of white vinegar and beat well.

Heat oil and pour in egg wash. Fry it over a medium-to-small heat, and serve.

Leave the oil in the bottom of the pot and stir-fry with sharp peppers. Cook a little soy sauce and a little water.

Simmer for 1 minute, add salt and MSG to taste.

Put the eggs in. Stir-fry evenly, then turn off the heat

Put it out of the pot and serve on the table.
Tips:
1. When frying eggs, the firepower should not be too high to prevent the bottom from being muddy.
2. Drop a few drops of white vinegar on the egg, one is to remove the fishy smell; the other is to make the egg softer.
