Fried Pleurotus Eryngii

Wash the eryngii mushrooms

Cut into sections

I prefer to use it on a plate instead of shredded eryngii mushrooms. If you like shredded, you can also shred it by hand.

Wash the lotus root, like a pleurotus eryngii, and cut into thin slices. If there is no lotus root, just omit this step.

Put more oil in the hot oil in the pot

Add chopped green onion and saute until fragrant

Pour the lotus root and stir fry

The green onion will change color a little bit. I don’t mind if I don’t mind, I can put it later.
