Fried Pork Chop with Black Pepper and Mashed Potatoes
1.
Prepare the materials on the picture. Potatoes, carrots, and ham are the materials needed for mashed potatoes. If you are lazy, you can use rice instead. . .
2.
Put the lean meat in the front of the pig, wash it and pat it loose with the back of a knife (you can put in a fresh-keeping bag and pat again to ensure the integrity of the meat, no need to be lazy!!)
3.
Arrange the pig into the plate, cut into a few garlic cubes, add salt (because there is soy sauce, black pepper juice, you can put less or not), cooking wine, soy sauce, black pepper powder, and then evenly spread the concoction oil, marinate for about 20 minutes
4.
When marinating, you can prepare mashed potatoes: wash potatoes, peeled and cut into small pieces; wash onions and cut small parts into circles, most of which are cut into small pieces; cut ham and carrots into small pieces
5.
Heat water in a saucepan, add appropriate amount of salt, boil potatoes and carved carrots
6.
At the same time, pour a little olive oil (mixed oil can also be used), salt, saute ham, carrots, and onion diced (only half of the onion diced, and the other half to make black pepper sauce), fry and remove. Set aside
7.
Wait until the potatoes are boiled (cut into small pieces for about 8 minutes), remove them and let cool, add them to a food processor, and puree them
8.
Mix the previously sauteed ham, carrots, onion diced and mashed potatoes together, and serve
9.
Pour an appropriate amount of olive oil into the wok, scrape off the marinade on the pork chops, and fry in the pan (you can add some butter here, it's more fragrant, it doesn't matter if you don't have it!!)
10.
Fry the pork chop on a low fire (about 1 minute), add the garlic cloves that were previously cut, and fry the onion rings together, until the pork chop is completely discolored (you can make a few cuts with a knife to make the fried more flavorful), remove and install plate
11.
The remaining oil in the pan, fry an egg by the way, and put it on a plate
12.
If there is still oil in the pot (pour some more if you don’t have it), pour in the garlic diced used in the previous marinade and the remaining onion diced and stir fry
13.
Take a bowl, two spoons of oil, half a spoon of tomato sauce, a little Italian vanilla (it doesn’t matter), an appropriate amount of black pepper, add an appropriate amount of boiling water and stir evenly into the wok
14.
Simmer for a while (about 2 minutes), thicken the starch with an appropriate amount of water, and start the pot
15.
Pour the prepared black pepper sauce on the pork chop to finish. . .
Tips:
1. The amount on the step 1 picture, except for mashed potatoes, is for one person
2. Mashed potatoes can be replaced with rice, and steps 4-8 can be omitted
3. The black pepper juice produced by fuel consumption has a salty taste. Soy sauce will be added when the marinated meat is added. Note that the salt will be adjusted automatically due to the marinating time and taste
4. Butter is okay, olive oil can be replaced with blended oil
5. The pork chop is cut, it is more convenient to fry, but don't cook too old (this is more related to the thickness of the pork chop, there is no specific time -_-#)
6. Under popular science, the pork I use is lean meat (in the supermarket), and my mom said that it is generally called eyebrow meat in daily life! !
