Fried Pork Dumplings with Onion

Preparation of main raw materials.

Wash pork, peel and cut into small pieces, mince ginger.

Put them into the cleaned cooking cups in batches and stir into minced meat.

Pour into a deep bowl, add the sauces other than the cooking oil in the ingredients.

Tips:
1: When frying the dumplings, don't make the fire too big to avoid being caught.
2: If you want to eat ice flower, add starch in the water, and the ratio of water to starch is 10:1.
3: Dipping sauce: light soy sauce, balsamic vinegar is enough, you can eat a little spicy pepper or millet pepper.
