Fried Pork Floss in Bread Machine
1.
Choose the pork loin with no fat and no gluten skin. Cut into pieces of about 2, 3 inches along the texture of the meat. Do not cut too small, because it will not stretch when it is small.
2.
Submerge the meat with water, add the peppercorns and ginger, and cook in the pot for about 30 minutes until the meat is cooked through. You can gently insert the chopsticks into the meat. You can also press it in a pressure cooker for about 5 minutes to cook the meat.
3.
Drain the cooked meat and put it into a fresh-keeping bag. Use a rolling pin to break it up.
4.

7.
After frying in the bread machine for about 1 hour, take it out and let cool
8.
Use chopsticks to scatter the loose meat during cooling to loosen it.
9.
The floss is as light as cotton, and every bit is delicious.
